Staffing

Beginning in the summer of 2025, The Ennovation Hub is launching a new staffing component of our organization's service offering. Led by Dr. Jeremy Woods, head of the CSUB Entrepreneurship Program, and a handful of other Kern County community leaders, we have a particularly strong pipeline of top CSUB students, but we also have broad reach in the community to recruit for more experienced positions. Given our non-profit status and grant funding subsidies, we are able to offer lower pricing compared to many of the other staffing companies serving the Bakersfield and California markets.

Rates

Permanent Placement: $10-20% of 1st year salary, paid over the first three months of employment.
Temp Staffing: Rates ranging from $30-80/hour, with weekly and monthly billing options.
